This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. Its only form is a gym's enquiry form, which passes what you type to that gym. Like any web server, it keeps short-lived request logs (address, page, time) to keep the service running and to block abuse.

If you email or message us for a demo, we use what you send only to reply to you.

The FlexBase product

Gyms that use FlexBase decide which member details they record. Each gym's data is kept separate from every other gym's. FlexBase staff can open a gym's data only through a support session that records a reason, is time-limited and is visible to the gym in its audit log.

Members who want to see, correct or remove their details should ask their gym, which controls that data.
