Prices exclude GST. If a subscription lapses your data is kept and becomes read-only until you renew; nothing is deleted.

Questions gym owners ask

How do I get started?

Book a demo. We create your gym with its first branch and send the owner login. You can add plans and members the same day.

Is there a limit on members?

Each plan includes a number of members, branches and staff logins, shown above. When you reach a limit you are asked to upgrade before adding more; nothing you already have is affected.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your data stays exactly as it is and becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.

Can I run more than one branch?

Yes. The owner sees every branch; staff can be limited to their own branch. The number of branches depends on your plan.

How do members sign in to the app?

With the mobile number your gym registered for them and a one-time code. Numbers that no gym has registered cannot sign in.

Can FlexBase staff see my members?

Not by default. If you ask us for help, a support session is opened with a written reason and a time limit, and you can see it in your audit log and on your subscription page.
